How can we sell a property so cheaply compared to what other agents charge?
We use the lastest in technology and have cut out both the double tiered commission system and all of the un-necessary additional costs such as an office in the main street and support staff.

Do you give us any less service compared to other agents?
No. If you use our Agent Interview Checklist to compare what we offer in relation to other agents, you'll see that we offer a great deal more value than everyone else in the local area, perhaps even Victoria.

How important is an office in the main street?
A recent survey by the REINSW (Real Estate Instuitute of NSW) is said to have found that only around 2% of people involved in a property transaction actually attended a real estate office. Also when you think about it, a lot to do with purchasing a property involves emotions and where better is there to drive up the emotions of a buyer than at the actual property.

We are not sure about how to go about selling a house. What advice do you give us?
