Marketing strategy


When selling a property, competant agents should discuss their marketing plan with you in detail and leave you a written copy unlike some who unfortunately treat the sale of a house a bit like fishing, ie put the listing on the internet and see what happens. Marketing plans also need to be varied according to the property being sold which means that there's no standard formula.

The following is a sample copy of what forms the basis of a KMRE 5 week marketing plan.

Property inspections will be conducted with individual prospective buyers as required.

Property details will be submitted to the Shepparton News and the SN Weekly for consideration regarding featuring the property as ‘Property of the Week’ and ‘Mini Editorials’ however it is up to each newspaper if they choose to use the submitted article.

Remember that agents by law have you tell you that their commission is negotiable so if an agents does not do all fo the above, then negotiate their commission accordingly.
